Diary of a Vegetarian

Here are recipes that are Vegan and good to digest, like you'll be breathing the stuff right away. Food we eat gives us energy because it releases us. So let go of a salad and sandwich instead of a burger and such which are hard to digest.

Simple recipes that don't require too much measuring.
 

Brown rice, sugar, teriyaki, tofu & apricot
You can make youir own teriyaki sauce by adding vineger to your soy sauce.
 

Curry, Onion, Carrot,& Brown Rice
Curry is made with cummin among other things,
Onion is the bulb of a LILY flower, so is garlic.
Brown Rice is white rice refined, they remove the
outer layer the hulll which gets rid of about 70 %
of the vitamin nutrients but it's quicker to cook,
3 times, 15 minutes to 45. White rice is lighter though.
Carrots are good for the eyes and the skin,LET THE
LIGHT SHINE THROUGH.
 
 

Jalapeno corn & Brown rice
It's resin in a pepper that's hot,

Butter, Sugar, White rice, broccoli & onion

Tabasco Potato & butter

Brown rice spainach, salt & butter

RED BEANS WHITE RICE, SALT SUGAR AND PEAR

Zuchinni, squash, corn, tomato, & onion

Onion Broccoli white rice OJ

Garlic,
White rice, onion,&sugar
 

Oil & vinegar, with sugar

brown rice, onion & Curry

White beans , tomato
& sugar

Butter, White rice,
orange, tofu,& soy sauce

Zucchini, tomato, tomato sauce &
white rice

Potato, brown rice ,sugar & apple slices
